Purchasing a 12-Month plan is a one-time payment that provides you with 12 months of wireless services. Every 30 days your 4G/5G data allotment will be restored. There are no other payments to make or additional steps to take.
If, for example, you purchase this plan on June 17, 2024, you will need to renew on or before June 17, 2025. Should you decide not to renew this plan you can purchase a different plan or your account will be canceled and you will lose your phone number.
There is a limit for high-speed data (up to 5G) on each plan. After the high-speed data limit is reached, your data speed is reduced to 256 kbps until your monthly plan renews. (5G capable device required. 5G is not available in all areas. Actual 5G availability, coverage, and speed may vary.)

International Roaming top-up is a one-time purchase which adds international roaming balance to your H2O Unlimited or 12-Month plan. We offer $5, $10 and $20 top-up options. Top-up balance does not carry over to the next billing cycle.
