Find your IMEI number in your phone's settings. You can find the number in your phone's settings. Here's how:
• iPhone
Go to Settings, then General, then About.
• Look at the back side of your iPhone.
Flip your device over and at the lower portion of its back side, right below the word "iPhone," are a set of alphanumeric combinations. One of these sets is labeled "IMEI," which is the unique numerical identity of your device.

H2O Annual Wireless Plans FAQ

Purchasing a 12-Month plan is a one-time payment that provides you with 12 months of wireless services. Every 30 days your 4G/5G data allotment will be restored. There are no other payments to make or additional steps to take.
If, for example, you purchase this plan on June 17, 2022, you will need to renew on or before June 17, 2023. Should you decide not to renew this plan you can purchase a different plan or your account will be canceled and you will lose your phone number.
There is a limit for high-speed data (up to 5G) on each plan. After the high-speed data limit is reached, your data speed is reduced to 256 kbps (nearly 2G speeds) until your monthly plan renews. (5G capable device required. 5G is not available in all areas. Actual 5G availability, coverage, and speed may vary.)

A one-time purchase allows you to add international roaming in Canada and Mexico to your plan. You can purchase $5, $10, or $20 of International Roaming. To purchase add international roaming go to https://www.h2owireless.com/billpay

12-Month Plan Offer: Subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. Service is available for 360 days upon first payment. Plan renews every 30 days after initial refill for 11 renewal periods. The advance payment is non-refundable in whole or in part. Next service payment due at 11:59 p.m. CST on the 360th day. A 30 day grace period is provided from airtime expiration after which the mobile number will be cancelled if the next service payment is not made. Not eligible for Autopay, Family Plan or Multi-Line discounts. $60 12-Month Plan: Unlimited Talk & Text.
